“When I first started working with Tatiana, I knew I needed to work on strengthening, but I thought of myself as being fairly flexible. I regularly attended yoga classes, and I am pretty good about stretching.  All that said, I still had regular neck and back pain, mostly flaring up with stress, and Tatiana immediately zeroed in on certain areas where I needed to increase my flexibility and mobility.  She used her detailed understanding of how the muscle groups operate together to create stretching and strengthening exercises targeting these areas first.  My neck rarely hurts now, and I have better posture, and a much stronger core, legs and arms.  I continue to work with Tatiana three days a week, and I look forward to it every time!”
